Fast Fit Peel & Stick Solid Wood Flooring Underlay is specifically designed to make DIY installation of solid wood flooring simple, fast and effective. What more could you ask for.....
Utilising an ultra strong adheive layer on the underlay simply lay the flooring boards partly into the adhesive and manouvre them until you are happy with the positioning. Once the row is complete just gently pull back the protective layer from beneath the boards before applying pressure to embed the boards into the adhesive layer.
When installating onto a concrete subfloor you should always accompany the floor with a sheet DPM to prevent any moisture from the concrete and underground effecting your flooring. Simply lay this underneath the Fast Fit Peel & Stick Solid Wood Flooring Underlay.
Must not be used with products over 150mm Wide.

Good stuff if handles according to instruction sheet and company on-line help. Advice on installation over cement screed if aided by dpm would be useful where one is installed to ensure there is adequate moisture movement control.

The product is to be laid under a solid wooden floor on a concrete sub floor. I am not a professional floor layer but a keen DIY enthusiast. I haven't laid the floor yet as waiting for the boards to acclimatise.

Great to use when you get the hang of. Bit tricky at times, although I had some tricky angles as did the whole lower floor as one solid floor. Can be frustrating when the backing rips, but can be put right with some thought.
