Mapeproof ESM Surface DPM Membrane

A two component solvent free pure epoxy resin used as a moisture vapour barrier on cement based substrates to stop moisture penertrating solid or engineered flooring. For an effective DPM you will need to apply two coats the second of which is at a 45 degree angle from the first. Each tub will cover 30m2.

Please note that 95% of all problems encountered with solid wood flooring is due to the presence of moisture in the subfloor and the failure to use an epoxy DPM.
