Sales Advisors
As a Sales Advisor with UK Flooring Direct Ltd, you will join our growing sales team responsible for selling flooring products and solutions to both consumer and trade customers in order to meet individual and company targets.
You must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for structured sales and an ability to provide exceptional levels of service at all times.
Your key responsibilities:
- Proactively call all customers in your workflow, including calls diarised by yourself
- Deal with technical enquiries that the customer may require help with
- Talk the customer through any special offers that we may have on our products
- Ensure customer's orders and queries are noted on our IT system and followed up as appropriate
You will ideally have experience in the flooring or home improvement sector, although this is not essential. What is essential is a proven track record in consumer sales and a consistent employment history.
Additionally, you will be self-motivated, excellent IT skills, enthusiastic with excellent verbal, written and face-to-face communication skills.
