Returns & Cancellation Policy
(Applicable for Internet Sales only). In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, upto 7 days after you have received the goods. All returns and cancellations must conform to the guidelines laid out in the “Distance Selling Regulation” a guide of which can be found at www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/general/oft698.pdf
If goods have not been dispatched we will refund you the full invoice amount within 5 working days.
If you have taken delivery for your goods we will arrange with you for the goods to be collected from the delivery address, and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods, less the cost incurred by us for collection (this cost is the charge made to us by the delivery company) prices will vary depending on location. Typical cost are between £65 and £130). All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 28 days of cancellation.
