Laminate flooring recommended for home offices

Karl Lohnes, contributing style editor at Style at Home magazine, told homemakers.com that flooring is a key consideration in such a space.
He recommended that householders keep floors free from clutter, avoiding the temptation to add an area rug.
And he explained that laminate flooring "works great" because it is smooth and easy to clean.
The interiors expert also noted the importance of keeping the colour and tone of furniture consistent with the schemes used elsewhere in the home, in order to complement the overall look of the property.
A recent homemakers.com article advised householders who are cleaning kitchen flooring to use a product specific to the material installed, as these are the solutions most likely to be most effective in removing stains and allowing the surface to shine.
