It comes in these colours and more, with the creamy-white base colour in the middle being encroached on by straight-edged shapes from all four sides.
The largest are those on the long flanks of the 120 by 160 cm rug, which include areas of brown, beige, gold and white, while the smaller forms at either end are mainly gold.
Such a combination of colours is unlikely to be disturbed as the product is made from 100 per cent shaggy polypropylene, a synthetic material designed to resists stains due to the fact it does not absorb water.
