Carpet goes green with tint of teasel
26th July 2010
It comes in a pastel shade of pale green, which may be attractive for those who like the colour without wishing for a garish tone.
The carpet is made entirely from Excellon polypropylene, a synthetic material that is designed to be highly stain resistant, both against common stains such as tea and wine and also against tougher substances like ink, oil and crayon.
Manufactured using advanced tenth gauge machinery, the product has ten tufts per inch of width to make the carpet pile more dense.
The product is one of several green Cormar carpets made from Excellon polypropylene.
Its Primo Plus Twist Onyx offers a lime green shade, while an alternative is the Primo Plus Twist Flint, which has a dark shade of olive green that is fairly similar in hue to khaki.
