Developer hopes hardwood flooring will entice customers

Speaking to indystar.com, Klaus Wittern, managing partner at Shelton Development Group, said that he has had numerous problems financing his latest project but after securing backing, he is hoping that his stylish apartments will prove popular with consumers.
He has installed hardwood flooring, balconies, patios, granite countertops along with other features which he believes help his condos stand out from others on the market.
"When you add all the little things here you don't get elsewhere, I think it gives us a big competitive advantage," he told the website.
Badr Gebara, owner of blu dot interiors, recently told the Ottawa Citizen recently that she has installed hardwood flooring into an apartment in a bid to transform it from an old-fashioned abode to a stylish and modern one.
