DOMOTEX Middle East proves a success
DOMOTEX Middle East has kicked off with an impressive attendance and opening ceremony to celebrate the event’s sixth anniversary.
It was expected that political issues in the Middle East and economic unrest across the globe would affect the number of visitors but this does not seem to have been a problem.
The number of exhibitors this year almost matches the number from last year, which will ensure that the event itself is as successful as it was previously.
130 companies were expected to showcase their floor products at the three day event which started on Monday in Dubai.
Visitor figures are expected to reach 5,000 and over 30 countries are likely to be represented at the flooring exhibition.
The opening ceremony started the event with a touch of class as it was performed by the UAE Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Affairs.
DOMOTEX Middle East, which will culminate today, is renowned for being an excellent showcase for the latest designs and technological advances in flooring,
All kinds of floor products will be on display from value ranges of vinyl flooring to exquisite solid wood flooring styles.
Some of this year’s themes at DOMOTEX include sustainable flooring and hotel and office floor options. There will also be demonstrations and advice available.
