A hardwood flooring expert is to speak on the issue of the qualities that a good hardwood floor should have.
The 2010 Home and Garden Expo in Iowa will see regional director for Metropolitan Hardwood Floors Trevor Hayden delivering a talk on "Five Things to Look for When Selecting Quality Hardwood Flooring" this Saturday (March 13th), The Messenger News reports.
Mr Hayden will then speak again the following day on the topic of the "Latest Styles and Trends in Hardwood Flooring".
Such talks may emphasise how popular hardwood floors are at present.
The show will also included talks and lectures on a range of topics, such as rose growing, home insulation and the use of geothermal energy.
Earlier this month, the Daily Mirror suggested that hardwood flooring is currently very fashionable as a part of a retro revival, in which the fashions of the 1970s are coming back into vogue.
