Flagship Armstrong store in India
Armstrong World Industries is to open its first shop in India as the initial step in plans to expand the brand across the country.
The next 5 years are expected to see large scale development for Armstrong in India, particularly in regions close to Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.
Armstrong World Industries design and manufacture ceilings and cabinets as well as flooring and the newest store will showcase a range of the company’s products.
The company was established in 1860 and has built up a reputation over time, becoming a global presence with around 10,000 employees, which will only continue to increase with the planned expansion.
Armstrong produces hard wood, laminate and domestic and commercial vinyl flooring. The company is considered a global leader in designing and manufacturing these floors.
Most of the products are produced in one of the many plants located across America, although the company also has a number of international plants, including a few in the UK.
Armstrong vinyl flooring is available in a range of designs and colours, which will potentially be available in the flagship India store.
