Generous community flooring scheme
A family carpet business has decided to relaunch a previously successful scheme to donate flooring to worthy causes.
The idea behind the system is that the company, Calverts Carpets, has decided to give something back to its local community in Scarborough by providing free floors.
Typically it is charities and community groups which will be the recipients of the donations, with one new winner being chosen every month.
Carpets, rugs and vinyl floors are available to the worthiest of causes which get in contact with the company and the winner will then be chosen.
Not only do the most deserving groups in Scarborough get new flooring but the fitting will also be done for free so that there is no cost to the group.
Anyone applying for the scheme will need to explain what product is needed and why, as well as information about what your group does.
Several groups were helped in the schemes previous term and now several more groups are starting to benefit from the offer.
With funds tight for everyone during this period the donations from the UK flooring company are sure to be much appreciated.
