A light pink colour, the 50 oz twist pile carpet is made from 80 per cent wool and ten per cent each of nylon and tuftbond.
Made using advanced tenth gauge machinery and fine needles, there are ten tufts per inch of width on the carpet, which the maker says is designed to "obtain a denser carpet pile and more compact surface".
It comes in four metre-wide rolls and is described as being a product that can be installed in nearly every room in the home.
The product is one of a number of pink and red carpets made by Cormar in varying pile weights, of which the heaviest are 60 oz.
Twist Seal, Twist Soft Pink and Twist Blush are the other pinks in this category, while there are also items with orange-red, purple, lilac, crimson and mulberry hues.
