The residence is up for sale at CAD$325,000 (£190,000).
Another flat featured recently with hardwood flooring was an apartment in a converted warehouse in the City of London.
The home has been designed by architects Theis + Khan with a spiral staircase to help maximise the available space, Architects Journal reported.
