The two-bed, two-bathroom Toronto property, which was on the market for 16 days, had hardwood flooring as one of its greatest highlights according to selling agent Katie Young, the National Post reported.
Other highlights of the home include rooftop windows and a corner position on the block that help it enjoy a lot of natural light, a gas fireplace, an open-concept living room and an en-suite laundry, as well as easy access to Downtown Toronto with the subway nearby.
The home was sold for CAD$390,000 (£255,000), CAD$5,000 below its asking price.
As well as the hardwood flooring in the townhouse, the news provider also featured a cottage-style home in the Lawrence Manor area of the city.
This two-bedroom home has hardwood flooring in its living and dining rooms, with the property trading for CAD$645,000 after four days on the market.
