A development of condominiums in the US has laminate flooring installed as standard in all of its suites, it has been revealed.
Located on Sheppard Avenue West and Allen Road in the North York, California, the new residences are based in the Parkside Tower, the last of four buildings in the Metro Place Condos development, the National Post reports.
Aimed mainly at first-time buyers, the one, two and three-bedroom homes have laminate flooring in the kitchen and living rooms, while bedrooms have broadloom carpets.
The homes in the 15-storey tower will be available from Spring 2012 and the condos will be supplemented by a guest suite, party room and media room, plus Club Liberty, which offers sporting and exercise facilities for residents.
In other laminate flooring news, maker of the surfaces Express Flooring unveiled a new range last week, with product director Greg Gilmartin stating that the range offered "incredible durability".
