Built in 2001, the home is on the market at an asking price of €177,500 (£161,260).
Those buying a home that does not have laminate flooring may wish to choose it as a new surface due to its low cost.
In an article on refurbishing foreclosed homes in the US last week, Northjersey.com noted that laminate flooring could be bought for as little as $1 (66p) per sq ft.
