Supplier chosen to showcase hardwood flooring product

Vintage Hardwood Flooring's two-week event saw the wares of Pittsburgh-based PPG, which noted that the two firms worked together in the development of an aluminum-oxide wood-finishing production line.
PPG market manager for UV flooring in North America Brian Knapp said: "The technology enables them to run multiple combinations of colours and coating layers to generate any colour or finish a customer desires."
Director of sales and marketing for Vintage Hardwood Flooring Emanuel Machado stated that PPG and its products had been "integral" to the firm's progress since it started out ten years ago.
Earlier this month, a hardwood flooring company announced it was setting up a specialist sports floor section.
Tarkett Sports revealed it was establishing a dedicated arm - along with a website - as it steps up its manufacture and supply of basketball, volleyball and gymnasium floors.
