Top celebrity designer chooses favourite flooring
Quick-Step has had a selection of their products highlighted by top designer Erinn Valencich as her favourite floors.
The designer is best known as a regular on ABC Morning News and she has also styled Mischa Barton’s home for a magazine shoot as well as designing a cast party for Jennifer Love Hewitt.
One of the laminate flooring styles chosen is Quick-Step’s Eligna White Brushed Pine, which is a very pure white laminate floor in a very contemporary style.
As well as this the Quick-Step Perspective Wenge forms part of Erinn Valencich’s collection of favourites. This very dark wood is particularly striking and really stands out in a room, making it a firm favourite for anyone looking for a distinctive style.

“When selecting a floor colour, think about the tones of furniture you have. Don’t feel that everything needs to match. Contrasting tones make for a more pleasing design.”
Laminate flooring is an incredibly popular option as it is substantially cheaper and much easier to care for than solid wood flooring.
There is a much wider selection available for species than with real wood because it is just the appearance of the timber, so there is a greater diversity in the options on offer, from Acacia to Zebrano.
