Vinyl flooring firm celebrates 40 years

Georgia Carpet Industries announced a range of promotions for its US customers to mark the occasion, highlighting the advantages that high-quality flooring can have for consumers who are keen to sell their property in the wake of the recession.
The firm noted that vinyl flooring can be a good choice for homeowners who are after something specific, as the surface is available in thousands of different textures.
It pointed out that while vinyl is one of the most popular types of flooring in the world, hardwood flooring - which comes in two types, solid and engineered - is another well-liked option as it is relatively easy to install.
Vinyl flooring solutions specialist Gerflor recently integrated surface protection solutions provider SPM International into its brand, providing a range of offerings for the healthcare sector.
Caring Business reported that in addition to vinyl flooring, Gerflor's range also include anti-bacterial surface treatments and surface coatings that could reduce the cost of maintaining this type of flooring.
