A wool carpet firm from New Zealand has unveiled its newest product.
Bentley Prince Street, which makes carpet tiles and broadloom carpets, has announced the advent of Cathedral Square, a new design made from premium wool.
A loop broadloom product made from 100 per cent wool, the surface is described by the company as "an ideal choice for the hospitality, residential, retail or corporate sector".
Noted as being a resilient carpet that is available in ten shades, the firm also stated that it has diversified its yarns and is seeking to ensure its organic materials makes the firm's impact on the environment a neutral one by 2020.
Company president Anthony Minite remarked: "This product excites us because it brings together so many of our core values; style, quality and sustainability."
Last month, flooring manager for Canadian firm Jordan's Interiors Greg Holtz described wool as being one of the original eco-friendly flooring options.
