Coming in 4mm thick square tiles of 300 mm in width, the cork has a Xanadu stain to turn it a dark coffee shade of brown, with the cork texture helping add the odd lighter area on the surface.
The tiles have square edges to create an even surface across the floor and are topped with a lacqured finish, which is designed to give the cork extra protection.
A ten-year warranty is in place and the items are installed using the full-stick down method.
Such a product could be ideal for a bathroom floor with its warmth and durability, as well as the protection afforded by the lacquer.
Other Florence cork bathroom flooring options include the Engineered Madrid tiles, which are 10.5 mm thick and come in a golden colour of cork which is 2.7 mm thick on top of an HDF core board.
