A self-adhesive foam underlay suitable for DIY that makes it easy to fit traditional tongue and groove wood flooring without the need for glue or nails. Rolled out onto any flat and level concrete, screed or plywood subfloor, Fast Fit Peel & Stick Solid Wood Flooring Underlay can be used with all T&G wood floors up to 150mm wide. The self-adhesive layer is flexible enough to accommodate any movement, while strong enough to provide a secure and lasting bond. Used on top of Fast-Fit Polythene Damp Proof Membrane and reducing impact sound by up to 20dB, each roll covers approximately 10m2.

Using this underlay is not for the faint hearted unless you have watched the video or understand how the system works I would not attempt to use it unless you know what you are doing or have used similar product beforehand, once you master it enables you to lay the flooring really fast. Brilliant idea
