Incorrect staining, I was advised this was the “effect” the flooring was supposed to provideDate Posted: 7 December, 2021
Purchased the Home Choice Herringbone Engineered European Rustic Oak Flooring 14mm x 130mm Panettone Oiled for our entire ground floor, that includes the kitchen.

Installed by experts, acclimatised for the correct period of time and with the right expansion gaps. Despite this, we've experienced serious warping to approximately 60% of the wood floor. Not only this, its not a good option for the kitchen (despite what they say) as it stains with ease. When you have young kids especially, this is not the product you want due to its terrible wearability.

Complained to customer services and spent multiple weeks waiting for an answer from their product team after providing information, videos and photos. After all that checked out, they came back with the excuse of: 'I believe this has been caused by excess moisture from a mop being used. We only recommend it be wet cleaned with the Woca care products 2/ 3 times a year. Marks should be spot cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.'

This is not the case, I use a Vileda spray mop. If that is the excuse from the product team to avoid compensation, that means they're fully aware they have a very bad product and really it should be shelved. Just so people are aware, there's MDF 2.5m below the wood, so any moisture that does get through via water spillages etc, you must clear it up as fast as you can as rest assured, the MDF sucks it up and swells.Date Posted: 24 March, 2021
looks exactly as it in the picture! very nice and good priceDate Posted: 10 March, 2021
Very disappointing as it stains and even a slight spill leaves a mark. Not recommended for kitchens despite what it says on the floor.Date Posted: 13 October, 2020
