Date Posted: 6 October, 2021Fantastic quality even at low end prices.<br>The staff are very happy to help no matter how big or small.<br>They will guide you about accessories you may need.<br>If you’re like me and you’re not sure if you need it or not they will mention it.<br>It’s like I was told by my fitter I needed 23 packs.<br>Luckily I had the Dimensions written down, so I sent it over the size to UK Flooring Direct.<br>They worked out I only needed 13 packs.<br>It looked like the fitter was trying to keep 10 packs for himself.<br>For that reason, I got rid of the fitter and got someone else.<br>UKFD went through accessories that I may or may not need.<br>They were pushy or anything they just explained what they are and what they do.<br>Edge beading and door profile things.<br>Because if you’re like me that don’t know or forget, then it’s easier for them to mention it.<br>They do NOT push you for sales but give you an option and informative information<br>I’m totally happy with them except one thing that did annoyed me after I bought the products the price went down and I didn’t call them for part refund.<br>What I would normally do is take it back to the shop and repurchase it at a lower rate.<br>Because I had everything delivered I didn’t know what to do I’m being registered disabled and unable to work or do things myself would’ve helped me out a lot.<br>However their customer service is brilliant.<br>Because when the fitter says you need this that and everything else most of the time you don’t need it.<br>These guys will help you with that.<br>They’re not will not sell you something or sell you more of something if you don’t need it.<br>Don’t take my word for this just call or purchase something from them to see for yourself.<br>I should’ve taken before one of the photos but I didn’t
