Date Posted: 13 October, 2021I bought couple of packs of these for stairs risers <br>I wanted two different colour on the stairs. A darker for the tread and lighter one for the risers. <br>I wasn’t sure how many packs I needed. So I called UK Flooring Direct for advice and I was asked how many treads along the stairs. So I said 13 and they said I only needed two packs.<br>You say yet again they didn’t sell me more than what I needed.<br>I don’t always listen to the fitters just incase I’m being scammed along the way.<br>Most things what my fitter said that I have now, is the same what UKFD says.<br>That why I know who to recommend and not.<br>The next job will be sittingroom and the boys room.<br>I will call UKFD with the room size etc.<br>That way I know I’m not being scammed.<br>Plus, they will make sure I get discounts that I maybe entitled to.<br>They now help you to get full discounts if there is any.<br>I am very happy with this company.<br>One thing I do you wished they did sell and that is Laminated stair nosing.<br>They don’t seem to sell it and when I asked why. They said it’s because storage space, they don’t have the room for them.<br>I had to get them from another company for which I wasn’t happy with.<br>The other company customer service was not good at all.<br>They were trying to force me to buy stuff I just don’t want.<br>When I went to check out even more stuff came up I thought flip sake, I just can’t get what I want.<br>In the end I called up and paid over the phone and I said to them to not mention any other product.<br>I never had to say that to UKFD.<br>Don’t just take my word for it caller purchase something and see for yourself kind regards Brian
