The terrible delivery ruined my thoughts on the product

Date Posted: 20 May, 2022Looks amazing on the floor! <br>Very happy with the style. <br>Makes our lounge and hallway look so light. <br>My biggest disappointment is that there were some awful black spots (almost looked like tar splats). And no wasn't a part of the product or pattern as it will not come off and doesnt match any of it! At least 4 lengths had it. See photo attached. <br>One pack had been damaged by a either jack wheels or forklift when being loaded on to delivery van. Couldn't check it all as delivery driver laid 15 packs in my lounge very quickly and left. They are too heavy for me (5"4') to lift and check every one. Just wish people took a bit of care as customers pay a lot of money for these products ...<br>The fitter told me as he was getting it out to fit it and showed me the packaging...i doubt anything could have been done as it was too late, he was in the middle of putting it down. And no, I didn't ring as what was the point, just lucky I had ordered an extra pack. <br>Would I use Uk flooring again...not sure..
