Christmas delivery

Our last order dates for mainland UK* pre-Christmas delivery are:

Orders placed after the 4pm Christmas cut offs will be delivered from the 29th December onwards. You will be able to select next available delivery dates in the checkout.

Don’t forget: if you’re looking to fit your flooring before Christmas, you’ll need to factor acclimatisation into your timescales – check out our blog on how long your floor needs acclimatising for.

* For deliveries to remote postcodes, your last order date may be earlier, please refer to the checkout for available delivery dates. For deliveries outside of mainland UK, your delivery may incur an extra delivery charge and longer lead times, please call us on 02476 012 840 before ordering.


Doorstep delivery

The day before delivery

The day before your delivery is due, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirming an expected four-hour delivery slot for your new floor.

The day of delivery

On the day of delivery your driver will call 30 minutes before they arrive to make sure you’re available.

During your delivery

The driver, at your request, will take the pallet and rubbish away with them.

Light deliveries

For packages under 50kg, we provide a light delivery service to your door between 8am and 6pm. We're currently unable to offer an estimated delivery time for this option.

Delivery to remote areas

Your floor will be left on the pallet at the nearest kerbside to your home. We're currently unable to offer an estimated delivery time for this option.

Things to consider

Our delivery options are subject to access restrictions, flooring cannot be delivered to properties which have stepped access, flats above the ground floor (regardless of lift access) or left in communal areas. For flats, your order will be left at the ground floor external doorstep, for residential properties with stepped access flooring will be left at the bottom of the steps.

Deliveries can be made in a variety of commercial vehicles, up to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to these vehicle types.

If no one is available to accept your delivery at the address you’ve provided, we’ll charge you for re-delivery when you reschedule.

We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floor has arrived. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or floors not being acclimatised properly.

We recommend adding a mobile number in at the point of ordering to make sure you receive your 4 hour delivery SMS, we will also send this information to your email address.
