Express Kerbside Delivery

Before Delivery

Before your delivery is due, you'll receive an email and SMS confirming your order has been accepted and dispatched.

The day of delivery

The morning of your delivery, you'll receive an SMS confirming your order is on route and will be delivered from 9am-5pm. Remember, a signature is required and we recommend the recipient to be able-bodied to transfer the product.

During your delivery

Our Express service will place the pallet on the kerbside at the nearest access point to your property, a signature upon delivery will be required. Once completed, you'll receive SMS confirmation.

Service Express Kerbside Delivery
Details The pallet of flooring will be delivered to the kerbside/roadside at the nearest access point to your property and will need a signature on delivery. The service is an 9am-5pm delivery window with a call from the driver when on route. You can select your delivery date in the checkout for any weekday, allow for 3 days working days from your order date.

Other delivery options

Light deliveries

For packages under 50kg, we provide a light delivery service to your door between 8am and 6pm. You’ll receive an email and SMS confirming an expected four-hour delivery slot.

Free click & collect

Our click & collect service is now available in two working days after your order has been placed from our Coventry site. This service is only available Mon-Sat 8am-5pm.

Delivery to remote areas†

Your floor will be left on the pallet at the nearest kerbside to your home. We're currently unable to offer an estimated delivery time for this option.

Deliveries to remote areas: We can deliver to Northern Ireland and other remote areas for an additional charge. Remote area postcodes: PO30 – PO40, PA20 – PA78, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, GY, JE.

Things to consider

Our light parcel delivery option is subject to access restrictions, for properties which have stepped access, flats above the ground floor (regardless of lift access), your order will be left at the ground floor external doorstep. For residential properties with stepped access flooring will be left at the bottom of the steps.

Deliveries can be made in a variety of commercial vehicles, up to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to these vehicle types.

If no one is available to accept your delivery at the address you’ve provided, we’ll charge you for re-delivery when you reschedule.

We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floor has arrived. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or floors not being acclimatised properly.

We recommend adding a mobile number in at the point of ordering to make sure you receive your 4 hour delivery SMS, we will also send this information to your email address.

Our Click and collect service is available in two working days on laminate, real wood and luxury vinyl orders (when your order is placed before 4pm). You will need to provide photo ID and the card which was used to make the payment, in order to produce the necessary paperwork before proceeding to the collection point.

Click & Collect orders will be held for five working days before we’ll contact you to arrange alternative collection or delivery arrangements. Our show room is open Mon – Sat 8am – 5pm and closed on Sunday.
