Our Promise Of the Lowest Price

We're proud of all the flooring we sell, because each one is developed to bring you the best quality and value. To ensure we offer the most competitive prices, we regularly benchmark all flooring against others in the market.

If you see or buy a Product on the Site and you find it cheaper elsewhere, as long as that cheaper price is inclusive of VAT and includes applicable delivery costs, we will apply the following (which we call a “Price Match”).

We will (a) sell the Product to you at that cheaper price; or(b) if you have already purchased that Product on the Site and you report the cheaper price to us within 28 days of receiving that Product from us, refund you the difference between the price you paid for the Product and the cheaper price you have seen.

Scope of Price Match

The Price Match applies only to identical products in stock immediately available (and not on request) from online competitors who sell to consumers. Such product must be priced fully and accurately.

How to claim

To submit a claim for a Price Match, Please complete the form below.

If we accept your Price Match claim and:

• You are yet to buy the Product, you will be able to place an Order for the Product at the reduced price as detailed in the Price Match; or
• You have already purchased the Product, we will refund the difference within 14 days of our acceptance of your claim, as detailed in the Price Match.
