Eligibility Criteria
To apply, organisations must:
• Have internal sponsorship from a UK Flooring Direct colleague
• Apply for £1,000–£15,000
• Meet Charity Commission criteria
• Clearly outline how funds will be used
• Use funds only for the stated purpose
How The Trust Process Works
1. Collegue Sponsorship
Applications must be supported by a UK Flooring Direct colleague. The colleague acts as a sponsor, helping to connect the Trust with causes that matter to our people and communities.
2. Submit Your Application
The charity or organisation completes the online application form, providing clear details on the purpose of the funding, how it will be used and the expected impact.
3. Eligibility
Applications are reviewed to ensure they meet the Trust's eligibility criteria before being considered by the committee.
4. Committee Review
The Trust committee meets twice a year to review eligible applications and allocate funding based on impact, alignment with company values and available budget.
5. Outcome
Successful applicants are contacted following the review process. Any funding awarded must be used for the purpose outlined in the application.
