DO NOT USE. Would give zero stars if I could. Bought 30m2 of engineered wood flooring DO NOT USE.<br><br>DO NOT USE. The engineered hardwood flooring is not fit for purpose. Very very poorly made product. The planks are not solid all the way through and have many cavities. DO NOT USE.<br><br>DO NOT USE. There is absolutely no tolerance with the engineered wood floating floor system so unless your floor is 0mm perfect everywhere the boards will crackle. They claim 2mm tolerance this is completely untrue. DO NOT USE.<br><br>DO NOT USE. I have tested the boards on screed and on 18mm tongue and groove chipboard with and without their recommended underlay and the product crackles like rice krispies if you so much as breathe on it wherever you put it. DO NOT USE.<br><br>DO NOT USE Upon firstly reaching out to try and get some further support or advice for over two weeks, their customer service came back just asking repeated questions, and have provided no answers, support, let alone any reasonable offer of return or refund even in part or in whole DO NOT USE<br><br>DO NOT USE Scratches very easily, feeble product DO NOT USE<br><br>DO NOT USE I am taking this rubbish up and going to use it for firewood or flooring in a shed. As such I will be going for another solution like a LVT from Karndean, looks great, can be stuck down so no movement, solid, and will be hard wearing. Date Posted: 9 September, 2021Allow at least 10 to 15 percent for pieces of flooring that have black marker pen on them .<br>The black marker is applied over damaged parts of the oak and then a finish sprayed on top
