Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day focus KPI’S and management of all aspects of Ecommerce performance and functionality to ensure on-going growth and site optimisation.
  • Work closely to improve conversion with all digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Retention, Conversion Activity, CRM Emails, retargeting and abandoned baskets.

Head of User Experience (UX)

Role summary: The position of the Head of UX is a leadership role in the organisation and involves building, leading, and developing a highly collaborative team responsible for UX design, new product technology, experience optimization, testing strategy, execution and managing all UX projects to successful delivery. This is both a hands-on and strategic role that requires the successful candidate to have a solid background in the conceptualising, designing, and creating first-class experiences for the website consumers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be aware and conversant with all aspects of the website and its features and take a lead on recommending new product technologies and journeys that will enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor and drive the activities from the creation of design concepts to the final launch, as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis.

  • Experience in managing and leading a UX team, playing a senior role either as a Visual Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX Researcher.
  • A proven and successful record of having delivered a product project, from the design stage through to its launch.

Customer Journey Executive

Role summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as Customer Journey Executive reporting into our Customer Personalisation Director. You will support our CPD with a data-driven and omnichannel approach to customer journeys, crucially maintaining a customer-centric and channel-agnostic approach.

You will need a commercial focus with the abilities to demonstrate improvement in customer conversion KPI’s using customer journey improvements. You will support the planning and deployment of customer segmentation into marketing channels, digital and traditional, website user experience and the sales contact centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support in mapping crucial customer journeys & touchpoints identifying opportunities for improvements (both retail & trade).
  • Co-ordinating planning and execution of journey improvements to drive commercials including revenue and conversion.
  • A constant focus on driving acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value from our customer data platform.
  • Support the creation of a data-driven customer segmentation plan to improve retention and increase customer revenue, both retail and trade.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years of e-commerce and acquisition experience, in either a customer experience or CRM function, where you have regularly interacted as part of a customer team, with a commercial website and know how to do so professionally and courteously.
  • The ability to illustrate effective commercial techniques and how you adapted them to target and meet the needs of the different groups identified to maximise brand engagement and response onsite.
  • Experience of creating, implementing, and reporting on customer journey improvements and be familiar with working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience of Google Analytics - goal setting, traffic source, content analysis should all be familiar terms to you. Other reporting tools in addition would be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills and confidence managing the customer relationship. You should show leadership skills and drive a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • The overall, self-assured, confidence to demonstrate gravitas with senior stakeholders and inspire and motivate the entire team.
  • Experience using Monetate and NetSuite, or equivalent online system, would be advantageous.
