Still waiting on a response as to when it will be delivered

Date Posted: 6 November, 2020We were recommended this as a match to the laminate (Lombardia Oak) however it is noticeably darker and browner than the light grey planks. Personally I don't mind the contrast, in fact it looks good, but if you are expecting something a bit closer in colour then you may be a little disappointed. The beads were pretty good quality however I did get a couple of small chips on the edges when cutting so be careful and use a fine tooth saw. I fixed the scotia beads to a plastered wall using Gripfill and tacks into the plaster at regular intervals. Each bead was straight and not bent/warped as they were delivered in a long cardboard tube - not sure why I mentioned this but I guess I had images of them turning up and being bent like a banana and having to keep them pressed against the wall until the Gripfill set!
