Promotional Terms & Conditions

We may offer promotions on some of our products or product ranges in the form of discount code or discounts on selected lines already applied to the product prices on the website (reduced from their recent 'was' price).

Product and Order percentage discount codes cannot be combined with other percentage discounts (unless stated). 

All promotions and offers are, unless otherwise stated, strictly one per household and are subject to stock availability. 

Trade discounts are not applicable on the discounted retail product range. Management reserves the right to withdraw discounts without prior notice.

Spin the Wheel – Showroom Exclusive Offer (1st–31st July 2025)

From 1st July to 31st July 2025, customers visiting our showroom are eligible to participate in the Spin the Wheel promotion. To enter, customers must obtain a valid flooring quote from a showroom team member. Upon receipt of a quote, each customer will be given the opportunity to spin the promotional wheel for a chance to win a prize. Prizes include: 5% off, 10% off, free underlay, free cleaning kit, free delivery, free scotia, or one free pack of flooring.

Participation is limited to one spin per customer for the duration of the promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted or declined at the time of the spin. Prizes must be claimed by no later than 31st July 2025. This offer is valid for in-showroom customers only and is not applicable to online or phone orders.
