The floor itself looks very lovely, now its down, although my fitters said it wasn't the easiest to fit they had come across.
<br>My main complaint would be the returns policy - of lack of!!! If you need to return an item its payment down to you. And this stuff is big and heavy and is not cheap to return. In our case we had been told at order point we would need a door strip, which we duly bought and paid for, but come fitting/unpacking day it was totally different colour to the floor itself, although UK Flooring tried saying it was simply a shade variation - it wasn't - my floor fitters advised me NOT to use it. But turns out I could only send it back at my own trouble and expense. This is pretty poor, especially for a quality and expensive product..
For the price paid this was exceptional quality. Cheaper than carpet and much better looking and hard wearing.

<br>The only drama I have is there is no finishing product to match the tone and colour through flooring direct (e.g. edging trim and door joins).
Easy enough to install, although I had difficulty in being able to knock the planks into the end of the previous one to lock the short ends. Ended up trimming off part of the locking piece to get a decent join at those ends when laid

Date Posted: 10 January, 2020Easy to work with, pretty much the same appearance as the samples appeared (which were generous in size, - appreciated,) and out of 5 packs only 1 defective bored, and now it's finnaly all installed - sturdy and handsome. Also, 20 Year guarantee for peace of mind. I'm optimistic that it's going to look as good as it does now years to come.
