The Grand Designs Home Choice Flooring Giveaway Offer Terms below form part of our wider Terms and Conditions. 4.6 Offers and Promotions:

1. The Prize

The prize awarded under the Giveaway is up to 20 m2 of Home Choice Engineered flooring, up to a value of £1,100.

2. Eligibility

The Grand Designs Home Choice Flooring Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over who purchase goods from UK Flooring Direct. It excludes employees of Keswick Flooring Ltd (trading as UK Flooring Direct), including their families, agents, and any third parties associated with the Giveaway's administration.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, complete the prize draw form on this page between Friday 11th of September 2025 and midnight on Sunday 5th October 2025. Only one entry per address will qualify.

If a technical issue, fault, or site failure occurs, UK Flooring Direct is not responsible for entries not completed.

4. The Winner

The Entrant winning the Giveaway (“Winner”) will be randomly chosen by a computer process by Monday 13th October.

5. Claiming the Prize

The Winner will be called within 48 hours of this date on the phone number provided in the prize form. If the Winner does not respond after 5 attempts, they will forfeit the prize. UK Flooring Direct may then select another winner as described above. 

The prize is as offered. No extensions or upgrades are available. The winner will be responsible for all other costs incurred, including flooring accessories. Details on redeeming the Prize will be provided to the Winner at the point of notification. The Prize must be claimed within 3 months from the date of your winning notification. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Publicity 

UK Flooring Direct must publish or make available information indicating that a valid winner was selected. UK Flooring Direct may publish the Winner's surname and county on its website, social media, and marketing materials.

7. Data Protection 

The Winner may object to any of its information being published by contacting UK Flooring Direct’s Marketing Team (email: info@ukflooringdirect.co.uk). In such cases, UK Flooring Direct must provide the winning entry's details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

Personal data supplied during this Prize Draw will only be processed according to the Privacy Policy and these terms.

8. General: 

UK Flooring Direct's decision on any aspect of the Prize Draw and the Prize is final and binding.

Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms upon entry.

UK Flooring Direct may refuse entry or award the Prize to any Entrant in breach of these terms.

UK Flooring Direct reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw at any time before the Winner is chosen.

As permitted by law, UK Flooring Direct will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participating in the Prize Draw or using the Prize. This excludes cases of negligence by UK Flooring Direct or its employees. The statutory rights of the Winner and each Entrant are not affected.
